By accessing or placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.


1. Policy for Official & Authority Seals

To prevent misuse and fraud, if an order is placed for any seal related to a:
  • Government department
  • Educational institution (school / college / university)
  • Foreign authority
  • Registered organisation, company or agency
we reserve the right to request proof of authorisation. This may include (but is not limited to):
  • An official authorisation letter on the organisation’s letterhead
  • Communication from the official email ID of the organisation
  • Delivery to the official registered address of the organisation
If valid authorisation is not provided, the order may be cancelled. Orders of this nature that are cancelled due to lack of proper authorisation are not eligible for refund.

2. Stamp Size & Imprint Area

While selecting your stamp, please note that:
  • A small margin is always kept around the stamp plate.
  • Therefore, the actual printed impression will be slightly smaller than the outer stamp device size.
This margin is intentionally provided to avoid ink leakage and to ensure clean and clear impressions.

3. Product Images & Display Models

All product images displayed on our website are for reference and illustration purposes only. The actual product delivered may vary in:
  • model,
  • colour,
  • design,
  • or external shape,
depending on the current stock and model supplied by the manufacturer. These differences will not affect the quality or clarity of the stamp impression.

4. Unavailable Model or Brand

In case the specific stamp model or brand selected by you is temporarily out of stock, we reserve the right to supply a:
  • similar model, and
  • similar value product
to avoid delay in your order. This replacement will not affect your customised engraving or stamp impression. The final impression will remain exactly as per your approved order details.

5. Replacement & Quality Guarantee

If:
  • we make an error while processing your order, or
  • the product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, or
  • your order is lost or damaged during transit,
we will replace the product free of charge. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

6. Warranty & Replacement Exclusions

We are unable to offer warranty, refund or free replacement in the following cases:
  1. Any damage to the rubber stamp caused by using incorrect or unsuitable ink for re-inking.
  2. Any spelling, text, layout or design mistakes entered by the customer while placing the order.
  3. If the product is received in damaged condition and the issue is not reported on the same day of delivery.
Complaints raised after the delivery day will not be accepted.

7. No Return or Exchange on Custom Orders

All customised products are manufactured specifically as per the customer’s submitted content and artwork. For this reason, customised stamps:
  • cannot be returned, and
  • cannot be exchanged
simply because the customer does not like the design, size, appearance or content after delivery.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all the above Terms and Conditions.
