1. Product Nature & Processing Time

All our packaging stamps are customised and laser engraved strictly as per your order details and artwork. Because every product is made to order:
  • Production starts only after your order is confirmed.
  • If a design proof is provided, production begins only after your approval.
  • Standard production time is usually 1–3 working days after final approval (may vary during peak seasons).

2. Order Confirmation & Proof Approval
For orders that require design or layout confirmation:
  • Our team may share a digital proof by WhatsApp or email.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully verify:
    • spelling,
    • logo,
    • layout,
    • size,
    • and content.
Once the proof is approved, the order is sent for production and cannot be modified or cancelled.

3. Dispatch Timeline
  • Orders are dispatched after completion of engraving and quality checking.
  • Dispatch generally takes place on 3-4 working days only (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation once the order is handed over to the courier partner.

4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on your location and courier service:
  • Local / nearby locations: usually 2–4 working days
  • Other locations: usually 3–7 working days
Delivery timelines are only estimates and may vary due to:
  • courier network delays,
  • weather conditions,
  • remote area delivery,
  • strikes or unforeseen events.

5. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout.
  • Any free-shipping offers apply only to standard delivery services unless mentioned otherwise.

6. Delivery Address Responsibility
Customers must ensure that:
  • the delivery address,
  • mobile number,
  • and PIN / postal code
are entered correctly while placing the order. We are not responsible for:
  • delivery failure,
  • delays,
  • or loss of parcels
caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

7. Delivery Attempt & Non-Availability
If the courier partner attempts delivery and:
  • the customer is unavailable, or
  • the delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related reasons,
the courier company may re-attempt delivery or return the parcel to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged Package or Product During Delivery
If your order is delivered in damaged condition:
  • You must inform us on the same day of delivery.
  • Clear videos of:
    • the outer package, and
    • the damaged product must be shared with our support team.
Complaints reported after the delivery day will not be accepted.

9. Delayed Delivery by Courier Partner
Once the order is dispatched:
  • delivery is handled entirely by the courier service provider.
  • We are not responsible for courier delays.
However, we will assist you in tracking the shipment and coordinating with the courier partner whenever required.

10. Lost or Missing Shipments
If a shipment is marked as lost by the courier company:
  • we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner.
  • replacement or refund will be processed only after official confirmation from the courier service.
The investigation period may take several working days depending on the courier partner.

11. Split Shipments
In rare cases, if your order contains multiple customised items, products may be shipped separately based on production readiness. You will be informed if multiple shipments are created.

12. No Delivery Guarantee on Exact Date
Although we aim to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible, we do not guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. Customers are advised to place orders well in advance for events, product launches or business requirements.
