Refund, Return & Replacement Policy
(For Customised Packaging – Laser Engraved Rubber Stamps)
At our store, every packaging stamp is specially made as per your submitted text, artwork and layout. We take great care to deliver high-quality, clear and accurate laser-engraved stamps.
We will replace the product free of charge if there is a manufacturing or order-processing error from our side. Your satisfaction is important to us.
1. Nature of Customised Products
All customised packaging laser engraved stamps are made to order. Because of the personalised nature of these products, returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind or personal preference.
2. Eligibility for Free Replacement / Refund
You are eligible for a free replacement (or refund, if replacement is not possible) only in the following cases:

The product received is physically damaged during transit, or
-
The product has a manufacturing defect, or
-
The engraving or design is different from the approved proof or order details.
3. Mandatory Same-Day Damage Reporting
If you receive a damaged product, you must:

Inform us on the same day you receive the order, and
-
Share clear photos of the outer package and the damaged product.
Requests reported after the delivery day will not be accepted, and we will not be responsible for the damage.
4. Cases Where Warranty, Refund or Replacement Is Not Applicable
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer warranty, refund or free replacement in the following situations:

Damage caused by using incorrect or unsuitable ink for re-inking the rubber stamp.

Spelling mistakes, typographical errors, layout issues or design mistakes made by the customer while entering order details or uploading artwork.

Complaints raised after the day of delivery for transit damage.
-
Normal wear and tear due to regular usage.
-
Minor variations in engraving shade, depth or finish which are a natural result of the laser engraving process.
5. No Return / Exchange for Custom Orders
Since customised packaging stamps are made specifically for each customer:

These products cannot be returned or exchanged simply because:

you do not like the design,
-
you entered the wrong text,
-
you changed your branding, logo or requirement after ordering,
-
or the size or layout is not as expected based on your own input.

Please carefully review your content and artwork before placing the order.
6. Proof Approval Responsibility
If a digital proof is provided and approved by you:

The final product will be manufactured exactly as per the approved proof.

Once approved, any later request for changes or corrections will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
7. How to Request a Replacement or Refund
To raise a request, please contact our support team with the following details:

Order number

Registered name and contact details
-
Description of the issue
-
Clear photos or video of the product and packaging
Requests must be sent on the same day of delivery for damaged items.
8. Replacement Processing

Once your claim is verified and approved, we will remake and dispatch the correct stamp free of charge.

Replacement production time may vary depending on order volume and customization details.
9. Refund Method (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved instead of replacement:

The refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
10. Shipping Delays & Address Issues

Delivery delays caused by courier partners are not considered a valid reason for refund.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided by the customer, we will not be responsible for delivery failure or loss.
